Latis Design is established at Kyrenia in 2005 and moved to Istanbul in 2007. Since its establishment, Latis has been active in the fields of design and project management.
Evren Kocabıçak graduated from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture in 2000. In 2003, she received a Master of Science degree from the Building Science Program at the same university, thus obtaining the title of Master Architect. In 2016, she completed the History of Architecture Program at Yıldız Technical University, Department of Architecture, and got the Ph.D. degree. She currently works at Latis Design, which she founded in 2005.
