Situated in Kayapınar, Diyarbakır, the project consists of residential and commercial spaces. The project features an inner street accessible only by the residents. All social spaces are located along this street. The apartment blocks lining the main avenue function as a barrier separating this avenue with intense vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and the inner street. The stores are on the main avenue, while the entrances to the residential buildings are on the inner street. The apartment blocks to the other side of the inner street are wider apart when compared to those lining the main avenue, and are located so as not to block the view from the inner street to the neighborhood, and vice versa.
