These are the project revision and indoors renovation projects for the Middle East Health Center, which was completed in 2007. Under the scope of project revision, a newborn care unit was added to the hospital which was already operational. In the indoors renovation projects, a lean design was chosen so as not to exhaust the patients, and make them feel as if they were not in a hospital. The main criteria in the selection of materials for the medical zones were resilience in intensive use, and ease of cleaning/maintenance.
