In this project situated atop a plateau overlooking the sea in Arapköy, Girne, the layout allows each house to enjoy the sea view. Consisting of budget-friendly houses of a smaller size, Platoo Village is designed to preserve the feeling of a detached house although there are separate flats on each story, and furthermore, every user has access to gardens or to terrace gardens. The vehicle traffic is separated from the living spaces. In the sloping sections of the plot, the houses are in harmony with the slope.
